Shipping Policy

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. You will receive a confirmation when your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

We currently ship within the United States.

Standard Shipping: $8. Estimated delivery is 3–5 business days after processing.

Express Shipping: $15. Estimated delivery is 1–2 business days after processing.

Delivery estimates begin after your order has been processed and are not guaranteed. Carrier delays, severe weather, and other circumstances outside our control may affect delivery times.

Tracking

When available, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.

Shipping Addresses

Please confirm that your shipping address is correct before placing your order. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after fulfillment begins.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include your order number and clear photos of the packaging and item. If tracking shows delivery but you cannot locate the package, please first check with household members, neighbors, and the carrier, then contact us for assistance.

Shipping charges are nonrefundable except when an approved claim involves an item that arrived damaged or was materially different from its description. This policy does not limit any rights available under applicable law.
